How to make a complaint to MSN UK

We hope that you won’t have any problems using our services, but we do realise that things don't always go smoothly.
The MSN UK customer complaints team is there to help you if you have already contacted the MSN Support team but they were unable to resolve your issue. If you have not yet contacted an MSN support team, please do so now.

If you are still unhappy with their response, please make a complaint to us following the instructions below. We will then review the way your case has been dealt with.
Submitting a complaint
 
When you first contacted customer support, you will have been given a customer support ticket number (number begins SRX). It is very important that you quote this number when you log a complaint. If you do not quote the ticket number(s), it may result in a delay in handling your inquiry or mean that we are not able to investigate at all.
 
Once you have located the customer support ticket number then open the complaint form. To help us understand the nature of your complaint please supply any information which you think will help us.

Please note that this form is for complaint escalations only. The complaints team are not technical specialists, but can help find the best way to try to resolve your issue.
How to report problems with services provided by partners
 
Some services available via MSN UK (eg. music downloads, ringtones, etc) are provided by third party companies. Each provider supplies contact details to their own support teams, and any query or complaint should be directed to them.
 
If you are unhappy with the other company's response, you are welcome to tell us about it. However, because your contract for that service is with the other company, we may not be able to intervene in your case.
